We love your little ones, but we’re keeping the day adults-only—please RSVP only for the names on your invitation.

Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM. We ask that you do not arrive before 3:30 so our wedding party photos can stay on schedule—ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, so plan to be at the venue by 3:45.

Semi-formal cocktail. Our ceremony and reception are outdoors in Phoenix—plan for daytime temps around 70–85°F and dress comfortably for warm weather. Dancing will be indoors with air conditioning, so you may want a light layer for the evening.

Yes — we’ll provide round-trip transportation to and from Arizona Grand Resort for the wedding. Departure is at 3:25 PM and the return shuttle departs at 11:00 PM. Onsite parking is also available. We will also provide transportation to and from Arizona Grand Resort for the rehearsal dinner. Departure is at 4:30 PM and the return shuttle will depart between 8:00–8:30 PM.
